L7 Labs is a German biotechnology company that produces Phages; viruses that can be used as an alternative to antibiotics.
L7 Labs will be a cutting-edge Phage laboratory, available to serve the world’s growing number of the bacteria-infected population. Adhering to German Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, we will ensure that only high-quality Phages are created.
By creating a Phage archive, L7 Labs will strength the scientific and medical communities understanding in their efforts to combat antimicrobial resistance by preparing for the current growing pandemic of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

The L7 Laboratory
In order to meet demand and ensure the highest levels of quality while tackling the global antibiotic crisis, we at L7 Labs have elected to build our own state-of-the-art laboratory.
The facility has been designed to accommodate production, quality control, and microbiology (BSL-2) modules independent of each other. The sterile bacteriophage API manufacturing facility will be located in Germany due to its high medical standards.
Laboratory Design
The entire project is designed in such a manner that it complies with the EU GMP guidelines: Directive 2001/83/EC, and all relevant regulations and standards both national and international.
The site has been created to produce a range of natural bacteriophage products, the project initially will be divided into phases: phase I (S2 lab operations), phase II (GMP sterile operations, including quality control operations and storage operations).
